West End
TWG has partnered with East Banc Inc. to develop two District-owned parcels on which there currently exist a public library and fire station and an adjacent parcel controlled by Eastbanc Inc. The Project will consist of a new 21,000 sq ft single-story West End Branch Library, along with 9,000 sq ft of neighborhood retail and residential condominium building with 167 luxury condo units; 202 below grade parking spaces on one parcel and a new 19,000 sq ft fire station (Engine company #1). Project to break ground 1st quarter 2012.
