This 1960’s contemporary structure located in the Brightwood neighborhood of NW Washington, DC overlooks Missouri Avenue and Rock Creek Park. Completed in September 2006, this project features one bedroom flats and two bedroom duplex units, providing 18 new condominium units for first-time homebuyers.
