Taylor Flats

This is a $5M 26-unit condominium conversion project.  One and two bedroom units feature hardwood floors, granite countertops, and additional high end finishes.  The project is located in the Petworth neighborhood of Ward 4 in Washington, DC. This project is the first to utilize an innovative funding strategy including a “land trust model” to sustain long term affordability for the units. Completion December 2010.
