Park Morton Development Partners, a joint venture between The Warrenton Group and Landex Corporation, is developing the second project of its kind in the District’s New Communities Initiative. Located just blocks from the Petworth metro station in Washington, DC’s Northwest Petworth neighborhood, the development plan includes approximately 500 mixed-income units over 7,300 sq ft of neighborhood serving retail, bringing vibrancy to the community. Phase I, The Avenue, is currently under construction.
